Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Still Good? ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Still Good? is a personal budgeting application designed to help you track your spending and calculate a daily safe-to-spend amount. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Account Registration

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

Financial Disclaimer

Still Good? is not a financial advisor. The App provides budgeting tools and calculations based on information you provide. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The daily safe-to-spend calculations are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions. Always consult with qualified professionals for financial advice.

Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Still Good? and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Good? shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
